ABOUT VINTAGE


SDVTG specializes in selling one of a kind vintage clothing from all eras. Our vintage is authentic and we try our best to identify each item according to its era in our “details” section of the item page. 
All vintage items are not new, we try to get great vintage that are in good condition, but due to the piece being PRE-LOVED the majority of vintage items will show signs of wear/age. We try our best to describe any flaws we find in our vintage pieces as thoroughly as possible in the “description” section of every item page.
All items are described in detail to make it easier for our customers to shop for their favorite vintage piece, and to also have the best shopping experience at SDVTG.




SDVTG COLLECTION

Our collection is filled with shredded vintage recycled tees, shredded goods and other items. All Shredded Items are handmade, hand dyed, and made to order. Due to our collection is made to order there will be a delay to ship out items depending on the quantity ordered. Majority of our shredded t shirt styles are vintage recycled tees, but some other styles are brand new tees. Please read “The Details” section of each item page for a detailed description of every item.

Our ONE OF A KIND collection are all VINTAGE TEES from all eras. These t shirts are already made and ready to ship to you. We make them by hand, and with love specially for you. Please note that items in the ONE OF A KIND section are only ONE PIECE in stock which makes it one of a kind.


SIZING

We try our best to provide the best accurate measurements for each piece. We know that vintage clothing was sized very differently from clothing today. In order for you to ensure that the item will fit, we recommend that you read our measurements and description before purchasing an item. Usually our clothing is pinned on our models, and we will note of this is our description section in the item page.  If you are not sure the item will not fit, please contact us at anytime info@supadupavtg.com or check our FIT GUIDE section. 





PAYMENT

We accept only Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express Credit Card Payments, this also includes PayPal payments. No personal checks, money orders, or cashier checks are accepted.

 




MODIFYING ORDER

Please note that once you place your order with Supadupa Vintage, we are unable to make any changes to your order or cancellations. 

 




SHIPPING



DOMESTIC SHIPPING 

All orders are shipped within 48 hours of date of purchase, from Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 3pm PST will be processed the following business day.
We ship all U.S.A orders via USPS Priority mail (2-3 business days) and via USPS Express Mail (1-2 business days) *ONLY BY REQUEST*. Cost is based on delivery service, the price and weight of item. All Orders include tracking, insurance, and delivery confirmation. To ensure next day delivery please place your order before 12pm PST and email us requesting you would like USPS Express Mail shipping and we will adjust your invoice to reflect the upgrade of shipping rate. Please note that shipping time may vary due to availability of merchandise, this includes our GET SHREDDED COLLECTION which is made to order, this may take up to (8-14 business days) to ship out from our office. Our ONE OF A KIND tees is the only line in our collection that are made and ready to ship.
If other items are not available the customer will be notified immediately. Supadupa Vintage reserves the right to cancel orders due to issues involving merchandise availability. 
To determine cost, after adding your items to your cart and your ready to checkout, you will be able to view the shipping and handling cost on the review page of checkout process and will be able to choose  (USPS Priority Mail)($6.00 shipping). All shipping fees and taxes are added at the end of checkout.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 


All orders are shipped within 48 hours of date of purchase, from Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 3 pm PST will be processed the following business day. All Orders shipping International will ship via  USPS First Class Mail (1-2 Weeks). The difference is First Class does not include tracking or insurance but it is economical, if you are interested in Priority Mail in which it includes tracking and insurance which is higher in price we will only accept this by request through email and we will adjust your invoice to reflect the upgrade of shipping rate. Also USPS Express Mail International (3-5 business days) is available *ONLY BY REQUEST* To ensure next day delivery please place your order before 12pm PST. If you would like this option please email us to request express mail and we will adjust your invoice to reflect the upgrade of shipping rate.

All items are shipped and we make sure everything is correct, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages delayed by USPS.
Please note customer fees and any taxes associated with your purchase are the responsibility of the customer.
Custom Authorities require us to state the value of the item.

 








CURRENCY





Supadupa Vintage prices are listed in US dollars and charged in US dollars. If you need to calculate exchange rates please do so before purchasing items. The following website will help you with free foreign exchange rate calculation: www.x-rates.com. The precise rate that you will pay is decided by your bank that issued your credit card, even though it will be close to the general exchange rate.

 












RETURNS

Vintage







Returns must be approved by Supadupa Vintage. Supadupa Vintage has the right to refuse any returns. Because all of our Vintage items are limited and one of a kind, all vintage merchandise which includes: vintage clothing, shoes, accessories are non-returnable. Our vintage items are described the best as possible, and due to items being Pre-Loved they may show signs of wear or use. We provide accurate measurements in each item description, please do not purchase to try on and return. If by any chance the item was grossly misrepresented, SDVTG will offer only STORE CREDIT for the full order price, this includes shipping cost also. 

All returned notices must be received within 5 days of purchase for U.S and International customers and returned with traceable mail. Items received after time period, we reserve the right to deny the return.
Please note items on SALE that are no longer available/featured in our store are SALES FINAL. 











NEW ITEMS











Returns must be approved by Supadupa Vintage. Supadupa Vintage has the right to refuse any returns. New Items is all New Clothing in our “Shop New” Section, these items could be returned within 15 days for U.S and International purchases from the date purchased. Items received after time period, we reserve the right to deny the return. Returns need to be shipped with traceable mail. Returned items must have NOT been WORN,ALTERED, or WASHED, all tags need to be attached.
Please note items on SALE that are no longer available/featured in our store are SALES FINAL. 















JEWELRY AND ACCESSORIES
All of our jewelry is made by hand and really delicate, great quality. Because of this matter all of our jewelry and accessories are all sales final. Please be aware of this before purchasing any of these items. No Returns, No exchanges all sales final. 
























SHOES











All of our new shoes in our "SHOP NEW" or "SHOES" section could be returned or have the option of Exchange withing 15 days for U.S and International Purchases from the date purchased. Items received after the 15 days will result of item being denied to return or exchange. 


























SDVTG COLLECTION/ ONE OF A KIND















Supadupa Vintage Collection is One of A Kind, made by hand, and made to order, due to this we are not able to accept any Returns, or Exchange. ALL SALES FINAL is for our full collections this includes all shreddies, non shreddies, ONE OF A KIND collection, and S/S 2011. Please read all descriptions before purchasing. Most of our SDVTG Shredded Items are ONE SIZE, and are meant to fit off the body.

 
























COUPONS












Coupons are handed to customers through email only. Our Coupons are only valid for one time only, please make sure you keep your coupon code and do not loose it, we will not redeem another code for you.



RETURNING AND ITEM



Before returning your item you would need to contact us before hand. We would need to approve that your item is acceptable for a return or store credit.

All Listed Prices are accurate to the best of our knowledge. If in some case arise where an item is unintentionally listed at an incorrect price, Supadupa Vintage reserves the right to refuse to sell the item at the listed price.

Please note that after placing an order at our site you will receive an email receipt confirming your purchase. This email receipt does not constitute a contract, orders may be canceled at any time due to insufficient stock, an inability to authorize a payment, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrectly priced item, or any other reasons. Supadupa Vintage reserves the right to cancel any orders. If by any chance the order was already placed and charged to your credit card, we will issue you a credit to your account in the same amount as the incorrect price.
